There is a gas pipeline that runs East-West on the North side of the property.
Vegetation on the property includes prairie grass, juniper trees, sagebrush and cactus.
This would be a nice piece of land to homestead on. Ground would be easy to clear. Electricity is close. Neighbors are not too close. To the south of the property the land drops off into a small valley with red rock facing South. There are several reservoirs and lakes in the surrounding areas. Moon Lake is great for fishing.
